No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders.

Custom Sizing

Please double-check your nail sizes before placing your order. We offer a sizing kit and sizing guide to help you get the perfect fit. IrryArt is not responsible for inaccurate sizes provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your nails arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
